Strategy & Corporate Development – Change Management


Location

Zug, Switzerland (primary); Antwerp, Belgium; and other EMEA or U.S. locations such as Italy, Ireland, Los Angeles, Cork, and Titusville, NJ.


About the Role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Analyst to join our global transformation program. This role operates at the intersection of change leadership, data governance, and business process integration. Embedded within a data‑intensive functional area, the analyst will lead change impact assessments, drive adoption strategies, and enable the successful integration of foundational data across business domains.


Key Responsibilities


Change Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement

* Design and validate change impact assessments, personas, user journeys, and pain point analyses, focusing on Master Data domains (customer, product, vendor, material).
* Align business objectives with data transformation outcomes.
* Define and track KPIs related to Master Data adoption, data quality, and business process integration.
* Translate complex data dependencies into actionable change strategies.
* Develop a compelling change narrative positioning Master Data as a strategic enabler across functions and processes.
* Identify training needs and build capabilities to embed Master Data literacy and stewardship.
* Co‑design and implement change and adoption frameworks integrating Master Data lifecycle management and governance.
* Evaluate effectiveness of Master Data‑related change initiatives and provide data‑driven continuous improvement recommendations.
* Stay abreast of best practices in SAP Master Data management, change leadership, and digital transformation.


Tool Development and Enhancement

* Lead development and enhancement of tools to assess Master Data change impacts and measure value realization.
* Oversee creation of dashboards and reporting mechanisms (e.g., Power BI) to visualize adoption metrics and data quality trends.


Stakeholder Engagement

* Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and engagements to align on Master Data priorities and drive adoption.
* Act as a strategic partner to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring Master Data considerations are embedded in initiatives.
* Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders on data adoption and readiness.


Qualifications


Education

* High School diploma or equivalent (minimum required).
* Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.


Experience and Skills

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data management, or transformation roles.
* Deep analytical expertise with complex, structured data sets across enterprise domains.
* Experience with SAP MDG, Informatica, or Collibra.
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and foundational data impact.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated adaptability and proactive mindset in complex change initiatives.
* Experience leading data‑related change initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.
* Successful track record of driving adoption of enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.


Preferred

* Experience in Master Data domains (customer, product, vendor, material) within supply chain, finance, or data‑intensive environments.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
* Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals with data governance compliance knowledge.


Other

* May require up to 30% domestic and international travel.
* Requires the ability to work on site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays.
