**Job Description**
We are looking for a P&A Product Advisor for the EMEA region, based in any EMEA office.
The role involves up to 10% travel time.
Responsibilities:
* Accessory Product Management (45%)
• Manage the full accessory portfolio for on-road, off-road, and on-water Powersports vehicles.
• Collaborate with global product teams to influence EMEA product needs and regulations.
• Coordinate with Service and Operations team to ensure support for all product-related topics and system updates.
• Develop the EMEA Accessory product portfolio of the future, building and evaluating business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
• Manage novelty accessory launches, line-up validation, EMEA market pricing, and SAP status code setting, governing accessories and parts with global teams.
• Serve as Accessory product specialist for the EMEA region.
• Ensure spec book updates at novelty launch and during season, influencing global teams to establish processes and focus on the EMEA accessory business.
* Accessory Go-to-Market Strategy (35%)
• Collaborate with Business Development Coordinator PAA to ensure product knowledge support.
• Define Retail environment setup for our networks in collaboration with Network Development team, ensuring proper regional setup.
• Manage forecast planning of the novelty and expensive accessory portfolio.
• Manage the Focus Item List in strong collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
• Monitor Accessory market trends.
* Accessory Training to Core Teams (20%)
• Train Commercial and Marketing teams on product novelties.
• Develop self-serving product training tools.
• Create tools to facilitate the onboarding of new business partners.
Requirements:
* University or higher education degree or 10+ years of experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical commercial or product management background.
* Strong English skills, with additional languages a plus.
* Good command of MS Office.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Analytical and process-driven individual.
* Good networking skills.
* Business savviness.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Precise yet creative thinker.
* Effective influencer within local and global teams.
* Aftermarket industry knowledge is not mandatory but a plus.
* Result-focused driven individual.
