For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately!
TLNT1_CH Your main tasks
Receive and process booking requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person.
Confirm availability, room types, and special requests.
Enter reservations accurately into the hotel management system.
Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries about rates, facilities, and services.
Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Follow up with guests before arrival to confirm bookings or special requirements.
Offer room upgrades, packages, and additional services (spa, dining, transportation) to maximize revenue.
Suggest special promotions or loyalty programs tailored to the guest.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to housekeeping, concierge, and F& B teams.
Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Address and resolve booking issues, discrepancies, or complaints.
Correspondence in German, English, and French
Maintaining and updating guest profiles Your profile
Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad
Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French
Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
