Procurement Professional
This role involves managing new and existing contracts to secure goods and services at optimal terms. The successful candidate will have experience in sourcing and negotiating contracts with external suppliers.
* Craft negotiation strategies to close deals with optimal terms.
* Monitor market price trends to ensure competitive prices for the company.
* Participate in the qualification process of new API suppliers.
* Manage contracts in collaboration with the legal department to safeguard the company's interests.
* Prepare internal/external BRM data, analyze it, and provide relevant reports to management.
* Create and maintain purchasing prices in X3, ensuring a secure ordering process.
* Update pricing booklets and ensure traceability of changes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work under pressure and have a proactive approach to anticipating problems or opportunities.
* Strong negotiation and networking skills.
* Ability to gather and analyze data.
* Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Adept in using MS Office tools and ERP systems.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
