As a Chantecaille Beauty Advisor, you will be our House Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalized skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning clients, creating carefully curated experiences, and demonstrating perfect etiquette.

How you will create a beautiful impact :
RETAIL :
* Achieve and exceed sales objectives
* Build meaningful business relationships across the store to enhance brand awareness and image
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, cleaning as you go
* Assist in stock management
CLIENT :
* Deliver the highest level of service to ensure every customer has an excellent experience at the counter
* Create a deep connection with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and foster long-lasting relationships
* Proactively recommend relevant products, providing personalized 1:1 service at all times
EVENTS :
* Execute events according to guidelines provided by the Counter Manager, Account Executive, or Head Office
* Strive to achieve and exceed targets set for each event
SERVICE :
* Be knowledgeable about all products, ensuring brand messages are conveyed relevantly to clients
* Ensure exceptional service by encouraging product application
ADMIN :
* Undertake specific tasks assigned by the Manager, including administrative paperwork and services
* Be punctual and manage time effectively
* Stay informed about products, company information, and store updates
* Adhere to security procedures regarding cash and assets
* Follow company procedures for requesting leave and absences
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent :
* Strong retail experience with an entrepreneurial and service mindset
* Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup
* Makeup qualification and experience as a makeup artist
* Strong business acumen to drive sales beyond objectives
* Ability to connect with clients and build personal relationships
* Excellent team player, embracing diverse thoughts and opinions
* Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
