We are now expanding our team in St. Gallen and looking for a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist who can connect with decision-makers across the DACH market and drive meaningful client relationships.
Your Role
As a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist, you will:
* Engage with Swiss and DACH market prospects in German (native/fluent) and English
* Build trusted relationships through calls, meetings, and local business events
* Support business development with a focus on IT services, engineering scale, and GCC models
* Identify client challenges and align them with Kansoft's ICT solutions
* Collaborate with the St. Gallen leadership team to drive regional growth
What We're Looking For
* Fluent German (native or near-native) & English communication skills
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or business development
* A proactive, confident mindset to engage with CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs
* Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
* Knowledge of IT services/outsourcing is a plus
