The site in, Switzerland is growing and we are currently looking for (Senior) for our Microbial. In this role, you will be the Key interface between Sales and Operations in order to deliver and execute customer contracts. You are an advisor along the whole life cycle and will propose the optimal package to successfully deliver the drug to the patients together with the project team.

What you will do:
8. Lead the full lifecycle of complex programs from contract signature to delivery
9. Act as the single point of contact for customers and advocate for their needs on-site
10. Manage cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment
11. Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
12. Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues
13. Support scope changes and amendments in collaboration with Sales and Proposals teams
14. Coach and mentor team members to foster growth and collaboration
What we are looking for:
15. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field; PhD preferred
16. Proven multi-year experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO environments
17. Strong understanding of microbial drug substance manufacturing
18. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
19. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
20. Strong communication and leadership abilities
21. Fluency in English; German is a plus
