PpThe Senior Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing for ARC-EX in Europe, driving awareness, demand generation, and therapy adoption. This role is responsible for translating global strategy into impactful, insight-driven regional initiatives and supporting commercial success through close collaboration with Sales and cross‑functional teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the regional strategy to raise awareness and generate demand, grounded in deep customer insights and analytics. /li liAdapt the global brand strategy to reflect regional insights, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging. /li liDevelop and execute a regional marketing plan to drive promotional, channel, and sales strategies. /li liBuild strong relationships with the sales organization (direct and distributors) and develop supporting materials, including brochures, videos, animations, presentations, and product and competitive briefs. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for messaging and product/therapy related matters for sales teams. /li liLead the creation and execution of traditional, digital, and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and vendors. /li liSupport clinics in the region through targeted PR and media activities. /li liDevelop local programs to drive effective therapy adoption and long‑term engagement. /li liSupport the coordination of, and participate in, conferences and trade shows across the region. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, societies, and advocacy groups; identify thought leaders and manage consulting agreements. /li liContribute to the development of global marketing capabilities to drive scale and efficiencies across regions. /li liManage post‑market surveillance feedback and ensure compliance with ONWARD’s quality systems. /li /ul h3Experience, Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business, marketing, or a science‑related discipline.
