We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead our store operations and team to success!
Responsibilities
Oversee store operations and manage the shift team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Embody and promote a strong service-oriented mindset, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.
Proactively plan and implement measures to maintain and improve operational excellence (e.g., cleanliness, stock management, merchandising).
Monitor, control, and continuously enhance store standards.
Align your team with business objectives, clearly communicate goals, and provide guidance and coaching to achieve them.
Lead, motivate, and support the professional development of your team members.
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in retail; experience in Perfume & Cosmetics is a strong plus.
You are fluent in German and English
Proven leadership experience and skills with the ability to build, lead, and inspire effective teams
A true service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in line with the Avolta Service culture.
Good understanding of travel retail concepts and solid knowledge of the retail business environment.
High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You are comfortable working in a shift-based environment, with early shifts starting at 5:00 AM and late shifts ending at 11:30 PM.
