The Bachem Group is investing in a new site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacity by the end of the decade. The new production site will play a central role in achieving these goals.
The initiation phase of the project offers you unique opportunities to shape the future organization. To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed Senior EIC and BMS Engineer (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
* You are a technical expert (SME) and you manage and monitor the EIC (electrical, instrumentation and control) and BMS (building management system) discipline within a major project
* Reviewing and optimizing the design of automation solutions for buildings, including among others HVAC, lighting and security systems with external planners
* You support the project from concept planning to commissioning, taking into account the relevant and current technical standards, GMP specifications and HSE guidelines
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
* Leading an external planner team
* Developing concepts and standards for the new site
* Responsibility for compliance with the required quality, regulations, budgeted costs and deadlines for your area
Your profile:
* Education in electrical engineering, automation technology or a related field
* Sound expertise in the planning and implementation of EIC and BMS systems
* Experstise in energy efficient design
* Long-term experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in project management
* High resilience and flexibility
* Very good knowledge of German and English, project language in English
