About the Role
* Design and implement automation solutions tailored to industrial applications.
* Program, test, and optimize Siemens PLC systems.
* Ensure smooth integration of automation systems with production equipment and SCADA/HMI (WinCC, PCS 7).
* Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimization for improved performance.
* Participate in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities on site.
* Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare technical documentation and provide training or knowledge transfer to operations teams.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
* Engineering degree (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field).
* 4–8 years of proven experience in Siemens PLC programming and industrial automation projects.
* Strong knowledge of TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC (PCS 7 is a must).
* Experience with industrial communication protocols.
* Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting on site.
* Solid problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex technical challenges.
* Team-oriented, detail-driven, and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in technical English; full fluency is a plus for an international environment
* French and/or German is a plus
