Qualifications and Responsibilities
To be considered for this position, the selected candidate should possess the following qualifications:
* Handling daily back-office work and maintaining an organized stockroom
* Ensuring sufficient store materials and supplies
* Preparing and verifying all shipping papers and customs documents, adhering to company and legal standards
* Acting as an interface between internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining well-organized and up-to-date documents and files
* Conducting regular stock checks and assisting with inventory reports and audits
* Supporting store displays and product setups as needed
* Ensuring smooth communication with third parties
* Following all company procedures for handling goods, stock management, storage, and reporting
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Completed a retail or commercial apprenticeship with a focus on retail
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in luxury retail is highly desirable
* Fluent in English and very good German skills; additional languages are a strong advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office and internal ERP systems
* Strong understanding of merchandise flow and stockroom operations
* Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
