Senior Finance Manager - Product Supply (H / F)
Permanent position at 100% FTE
Main Responsibilities :
Supply Chain Financial Planning & Actuals Controlling
* Analyse monthly COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Inventory actuals in collaboration with relevant parties (plants, PS, Global Business Services Accounting). Work proactively to identify gaps, drivers, and propose sustainable, timely solutions.
* Own the quarterly COGS forecast, including:
* Volume analysis: reconcile production volume, trade sales, etc.
* COGS by SKU database, reflecting latest business assumptions.
* Inventory forecast aligned with trade sales and production plans.
* Understand business drivers behind each COGS component: plant variances, scrap, savings, transport costs, etc.
* Coordinate with company management (CFO and Chief Supply Officer).
* Support the 5-Year Plan process with PS inputs.
* Continuously improve forecast and actuals processes for timeliness and accuracy.
Supply Chain Financial Analysis
* Act as the Finance “Business Partner” for Product Supply.
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cost-saving projects; utilize analytical tools like benchmarking, trend analysis, variance analysis.
* Assess COGS structure at macro and BOM levels for key products annually.
* Lead annual price setting with ADSH.
* Support procurement for cost negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers.
* Assist PS leadership with financial analysis for strategic projects like Supply Network Redesign and Business Continuity.
* Manage product costing for new initiatives.
* Backup for cost/transfer price maintenance in SAP.
Stewardship
* Perform COGS actuals review and implement corrective actions.
* Oversee COGS master data controls with accounting and financial control teams.
* Support internal control assessments and audit processes, focusing on COGS.
* Handle Subpart F reporting to parent companies.
* Ensure compliance with JV processes (e.g., STEAM, Decision Authority).
* Perform additional roles as needed outside immediate responsibilities.
Profil attendu
Qualifications & Experience :
* Relevant university degree or equivalent.
* Extensive finance experience, especially in Financial Planning, Controlling, and Product Supply Finance.
* Experience with international trade and manufacturing operations.
* Knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP, PowerBI, KNIME.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong accounting and internal controls skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Results-oriented, autonomous, and capable of working with limited guidance.
* Experience managing complexity in fast-paced environments, with good prioritization skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
* Influencing skills and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
