The Marketing Coordinator has a key position for the execution of e-mail campaigns in order to increase sales online and in stores. He or she supports the team by carrying out promotions and cross-channel campaigns.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Adapts the BTL and POS/POP materials in cooperation with graphic agencies and printing houses as well as partners;
Manages projects, webinars, and e-learning platforms;
Coordinates and supports all events, including ship naming ceremonies, trade events, and touristic fairs;
Writes and edits texts for newsletters, advertorials, websites, etc.;
Supports the E-Commerce (B2C & B2B Website);
Oversees backup content and community management for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) for the D-A-CH country offices.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, any equivalent education, or various experience in the field of marketing or PR & Communications;
Excellent oral and written German (C-level) and English;
Extended knowledge and command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Adobe graphics and image editing programs (InDesign and Photoshop);
Enjoys writing creative texts;
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
Self-sufficient way of working, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
EU Passport or right to work in Austria.
