What’s waiting for you Work on B2B greenfield projects, driving the full design process from discovery to implementation.
Collaborate with UXUI manager in meetings, workshops with clients to gather and align requirements.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and clients to translate product or project goals into effective UX and UI solutions.
Lead end-to-end design process — from user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping to final UI implementation.
Design intuitive and consistent interfaces aligned with brand identity and project goals.
Collaborate with developers during implementation, providing assets, specifications, and design guidance to ensure accuracy and quality.
Contribute to design documentation and maintain resources such as design systems, UI libraries, and component guidelines.
Self-manage workload and priorities, proactively communicate progress, and negotiate deadlines based on workload and priorities.
Take ownership of your projects and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
Job requirements
a. Must Have
Education: Bachelor’s degree or professional certificate in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Communication Design, or related fields.
Portfolio of your work: We are excited to see what you have already worked on. Please prioritize projects which have been developed and focus to also show the process rather then the outcome.
Experience: At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
Proven experience working on greenfield projects (projects started from scratch).
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – able to communicate directly with international clients.
Strong understanding of UX process, user flows, wireframes, and visual design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe suits.
Ability to plan and manage your own time, prioritize tasks, and negotiate deadlines based on workload and business priorities.
Knowledge and skills in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, other AI-powered design tools) to enhance and accelerate daily work.
b. Nice to Have
Experience in conducting or facilitating requirement workshops with stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments.
Understanding of frontend development and collaboration in design handoff.
Experience in maintaining or building design systems.
