Sales Consultant Surgery (Aargau-greater Zürichsee) - fixed term contract As part of our Surgery Business, you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and customer‑focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This role covers the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region, working closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions that help transform patient care. For our Surgery business, we are looking for a strong, customer‑oriented and communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. The position is available immediately or by mutual agreement and is initially offered as a temporary role for 7–12 months, with the option of transitioning into a permanent contract. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in a dynamic, high‑performance environment. We offer a motivated and committed individual a broad and varied range of responsibilities within a modern, forward‑thinking company, providing real opportunities to make an impact and grow professionally. As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset, you will serve as the key point of contact for general surgery surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics. In this central role, you will coordinate, organize, and ensure the correct application of our high‑quality, innovative products. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, drive their execution, and manage corresponding sales projects within your assigned territory. Objectives of the position: Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery Systematic planning and organization of your own field service activities Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations Organisation and implementation of further training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and medical professionals Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales Developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in cooperation with the sales manager Representation of the business unit at congresses Your profile: German and English, fluent in business Clear sales‑driven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence High customer-oriented personality and result orientation Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals Determination, self-motivation and willingness to perform Strong communication and persuasion skills High flexibility, willingness to travel in your region Creativity and openness to change Independent, integrity, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality Nice to Have Experience specifically in general surgery Familiarity with clinical workflows sales experience within medical devices or a clinical environment What You Will Need to Succeed A passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting clinical excellence Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment Confidence in both technical product knowledge and consultative sales approaches A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning What We Offer A diverse and impactful role within a modern, international company Attractive professional development and learning opportunities The chance to shape the future of MedTech with innovative and meaningful products Are you ready to help shape the future of Johnson & Johnson Surgery?
