CARDIMED Suisse GmbH, a successful medical wholesaler, is looking for a committed Business Development Manager (German speaking m/f) to join our team. Our modern office is located just a 1-minute walk from Nänikon / Greifensee train station (only 20 minutes from Zurich main station).
In this role, you will be responsible for sales across the German-speaking part of Switzerland, as well as administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth in the German-speaking part of Switzerland by acquiring new hospital customers and expanding existing accounts.
Proactively acquire new hospital clients and build long‑term partnerships.
Develop and execute a clear sales pipeline and growth strategy.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities for hospitals through our product portfolio.
Manage and grow existing key accounts.
Negotiate offers and close deals.
Act as the main point of contact for your customers.
Qualifications & Personal Traits
We’re looking for someone who delivers excellent service and builds strong, professional relationships with customers—whether by phone, email, or in person. They communicate clearly, take initiative, and approach their work with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
Well‑organized, detail‑conscious, and quick to grasp new concepts.
Reliability and a track record of delivering high‑quality results on time.
Enjoys working in a team and values contributing to a positive and forward‑moving environment.
Language Requirements
German (native or excellent proficiency)
English (very good proficiency)
French and/or Italian – a plus
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the hospital or medical device sector.
Existing network of decision‑makers and buyers in the Swiss healthcare market.
Good IT skills.
