CARDIMED Suisse GmbH, a successful medical wholesaler, is looking for a committed
Business Development Manager (German speaking m/f)
to join our team. Our modern office is located just a 1-minute walk from Nänikon / Greifensee train station (only 20 minutes from Zurich main station).
In this role, you will be responsible for sales across the German-speaking part of Switzerland, as well as administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business.
Your key responsibilities
 * Acquiring new customers
 * Managing customer, supplier, and product data in our system
 * Responding to customer inquiries
 * Processing customer orders
 * Adjusting demand dynamically and placing orders with suppliers
 * Monitoring inventory levels
 * Tracking deliveries for Swiss hospitals and suppliers
 * Managing receivables and recording payments
 * Booking and paying supplier invoices
What you bring
You care about delivering excellent service and enjoy building strong, professional relationships with customers—whether by phone, email, or in person. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and approach your work with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
You're well-organized, detail-conscious, and quick to grasp new concepts. Colleagues and clients know they can rely on you to follow through and deliver high-quality results on time. You enjoy working in a team and value contributing to a positive and forward-moving environment.
**Language requirements:
 * German (native or excellent proficiency)
 * English (very good proficiency)
 * French and/or Italian (a plus)**
Bonus qualifications:
 * Experience in the hospital or medical device sector
 * Existing network of decision-makers and buyers in the Swiss healthcare market
 * Good IT skills
