More about the role * Lead or support M&A transactions at Group level, from evaluation to execution * Develop business cases and valuation models to assess strategic opportunities * Coordinate and lead due diligence activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders * Prepare management decision papers and presentations for senior leadership * Structure deals, including financial and tax considerations, and drive/support the negotiation processes * Oversee post-merger transition activities such as business case validation and purchase price allocation (PPA) * Ensure consistent monitoring and documentation of the M&A decision-making process More about you * Bachelor-s degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field * 5 years of proven experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction advisory * Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills * Structured, independent thinker with strong business acumen and project management capabilities * Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures * Master-s degree, MBA, or CFA qualification preferred * Experience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries is an advantage * English language is a must; German, French, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus More about what we offer As part of a global and innovative organization, you will work on critical infrastructure supporting advanced manufacturing and Operational Technology environments.
