The Group Controller will play a critical role in coordinating transport operations across the globe, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and supply chain management. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with regional CFOs and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate group closings consolidations and reporting processes in close collaboration with regional CFOs
* Prepare group management accounts and financial statements in compliance with internal policies and Swiss GAAP FER standards
* Develop maintain and update the group's accounting policies procedures and chart of accounts incorporating best practices and managing process changes
* Support the onboarding of newly acquired companies and ensure alignment with group reporting and accounting standards
* Contribute to financial planning and analysis through the preparation of consolidated budgets forecasts and ad-hoc analysis
* Support group-level tax and compliance activities particularly regarding transfer pricing policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Practical experience in international controlling Familiarity with consolidation and planning tools experience with Jedox and Diamant is an advantage
* Fluency in English and German and/or French Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auditor or in a comparable role
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel High initiative strong analytical skills and a collaborative team mindset
