Launched in 2022 at the initiative of double Olympic Champion Cancellara, the Team is set to take the world of professional road cycling by storm thanks to a daring new approach to the sport.We are looking for a Facility Manager / technical Allrounder (M/F/D) 80 – 100%With the construction of our new headquarters, you'll take on responsibilities from day one and have the opportunity to put your skills to good use every day.Your responsibilities:
* Maintenance and management of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team headquarters, including the surrounding area
* Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
* Coordinating technicians and handling waste disposal
* Operating the building management system and the fire alarm system
* Assisting with the preparation and execution of sporting events
* Ensuring safety, cleanliness and tidinessYour profile:
* Completed technical apprenticeship in a technical field
* Continuing Education in facility maintenance
* Experience in building maintenance and repairs
* Manual skills and technical understanding
* Ability to work independently, reliably and in an organized manner
* Residence within a 15-minute drive of Sursee
* Fluent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficialOur offer:
