Your Role
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment.
Coordinate technically with scientists to solve challenges and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis in GMP environments.
Manage the lifecycle of laboratory equipment to maximize their value and longevity.
Maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Collaborate on the integration of new equipment.
Coordinate with lab equipment suppliers (e.g., Waters, Mettler Toledo).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance reliability, efficiency, and system performance.
Your Profile
Education: CFC or HES degree in a technical field.
Good spoken English and French skills (minimum B1 in one language, B2 in the other).
Experience in UPLC maintenance and Empower software.
Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and GXP-regulated environments.
Experience managing laboratory equipment projects.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Openness to new technologies and working methods.
Autonomous, organized, quality-driven, with good communication skills.
