The group furthermore supports the acquisition retention of institutional clients and distribution partners with an emphasis on segregated accounts, semi-liquid private market solutions and new product initiatives. /p pWe are now looking to add a Portfolio Insurance Investment Manager to our growing practice, based in Zug, Switzerland. You will be part of the Portfolio Management team and have the following responsibilities: /p pbPortfolio Management: /b /p liPortfolio implementation of private markets mandates and semi-liquid programs /li liCreate bespoke portfolio proposals for existing and new clients, focusing on strategic asset allocation, investment returns/risk and cash flow modelling /li liTogether with senior portfolio managers and client sales professionals, support with client acquisition and retention /li liPoint of contact for internal and external stakeholders on portfolio construction, relative value across private markets and efficient use of capital across the firm's program range /li liInitiation and implementation of global portfolio management initiatives, contributing to the development of innovative bespoke private market offerings /li pbInsurance Investment Management: /b /p liAnalyze and model life insurance liabilities to inform investment decisions and optimize capital efficiency /li liSupport the development of investment strategies that align with risk appetite, liability profiles, and regulatory constraints /li liCollaborate with investment and finance teams to develop and maintain asset-liability matching (ALM) strategies for life insurance portfolios /li liDevelop and maintain stochastic models to assess risk exposures and support economic capital and embedded value analysis /li liMonitor and report on investment performance, interest rate risk, credit risk, and market risk from an actuarial perspective /li p .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Lato; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } /p bWhat we expect /bbr/ liTop academic credentials (MSc/MBA preferred), coursework emphasis on Business Strategy, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, and/or Actuarial Science will be prioritized /li liProfessional qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, FIA, FSA) desirable but not a requirement /li li6-9 years' work experience in private markets/private equity investments, portfolio construction in multi-asset contexts, and/or insurance investment management with liability modeling experience /li liUnderstanding of private market investing styles, portfolio construction principles, asset-liability matching strategies, and insurance liability modeling /li liExperience with stochastic modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in insurance contexts /li liStrong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk management tools /li liStrong written and oral communication skills in English with ability to present complex investment and actuarial concepts /li liStrong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed in both portfolio management and insurance investment domains /li br/ pbWhat we offer /bbr/ /ppPartners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
