Our Business Solutions team is looking for an ERP Project Manager in France.
The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo. Since, camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which camptocamp is a founding and very active member.
Your day as an ERP project manager
You will have full responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects and manage the life cycle of these different projects.
1. You will participate in the development of responses to calls for tenders.
2. You will be in charge of Odoo projects from the pre-sales phase to the production launch.
3. You follow the design of Odoo projects (customer needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria...).
4. You will manage Odoo projects and participate in the planning and management of the project team.
5. In collaboration with your Team Lead, you coordinate internal resources to deliver projects on time.
6. You anticipate risks and propose solutions to obstacles encountered.
7. You communicate on the progress of projects (quality/costs/deadlines) and ensure reporting.
8. You carry out the invoicing of the projects to our customers and guarantee the profitability.
9. You organize regular retrospectives on the different phases of the projects.
Your profile
Your essential skills to succeed in this role
10. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (IT, Finance or Logistics) or a degree deemed equivalent.
11. You have good practical experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.
12. You have several years of project management experience (3 years or more).
13. You have strong written and oral communication skills, and you are able to federate, animate and structure management discussions.
14. You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
The icing on the cake!
If you are familiar with these things, it will be a big plus:
15. You have experience with Odoo or other ERP consulting/integration.
16. You have experience with Atlassian suite tools: Jira and Confluence.
17. You have knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL).

Location: In our offices in Paris or Chambéry with the possibility to work from home part of your time.
Workload: We are flexible and you can choose between 80% and %.
