What it's about
Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and support him on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the firm. The CTO leads the Business Department Technology which contains the Units Business Applications and IT Services.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic and operational business initiatives in liaison with the CTO
Support strategic and operational projects of the Technology Business Department, this includes contributing to delivering the firm's GenAI strategy
Prepare presentations, analyses and reports for senior management
Coordinate, draft and deliver program and cost updates for the Technology 2025 strategy to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
Support the CTO in financial tracking of Technology projects and closely interact with business project controllers
Track business department goals, coordinate with stakeholders on progress and milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies
Facilitate local, regional and global business department offsites
Support the CTO in the identification, evaluation and mitigation of operational risks
What we expect
Top academic credentials, a business-/management-related degree is preferred
3-5 years' experience in project support role, preferably in the consulting or the financial industry
A good flair for technology and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving, analytical thinking abilities
Detail-oriented
Proactive, entrepreneurial and forward-looking mindset and exceptional delivery focus
Flexible, able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment and under time pressure as required by the role's schedule
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to learn and succeed
Project management skills are a plus
Proficiency in English, German is an asset
