Product Marketing Manager – RFID Semiconductor Products

A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and tactical marketing efforts for its RFID semiconductor product portfolio.
This role is responsible for defining product positioning, executing go-to-market strategies, managing product lifecycles, and enabling global sales teams. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the RFID ecosystem, from tags and readers to software and system integration, and will translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
Performance in this role will be measured by the ability to drive revenue growth, successfully launch new products, expand market share, and strengthen the company’s leadership position in key RFID application segments.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Positioning
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to the business unit.
Define and communicate product value propositions, target markets, customer personas, and competitive differentiation.
Identify growth opportunities across established and emerging RFID markets such as supply chain, retail, healthcare, and automotive.
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead product definition and planning in collaboration with business units and sales teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
Contribute to the product roadmap, including feature prioritization, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
Define and ensure availability of the Product Support Package, including technical documentation, marketing collateral, and new product introduction (NPI) materials.
Go-to-Market Execution
Develop and execute product launch strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams including sales, applications engineering, and operations.
Create and manage marketing collateral, such as presentations, datasheets, white papers, and case studies.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product launches, adoption rates, and revenue performance.
Sales Enablement & Ecosystem Engagement
Train global sales teams and channel partners on product value propositions and competitive positioning.
Support key customer engagements with the sales team through technical presentations and proposal support.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and system integrators to gather market feedback and inform product strategy.
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and trade shows as a subject matter expert in RFID technologies.
Candidate Profile
Experience product marketing, technical marketing, or product management within the semiconductor industry.
Practical experience with RFID technologies, including tags, readers, and protocols such as EPC Gen2 and NFC.
Solid understanding of semiconductor development cycles and B2B sales processes.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling customer messaging.
Self-driven and resourceful with a strong execution-focused mindset.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
