Your Role
You will play a central role in the company's business expansion, combining franchise development with corporate client acquisition. Key responsibilities include:
· Identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners and corporate clients
· Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding and long-term partnership
· Presenting the franchise model and value proposition with confidence and clarity
· Collaborating with the Central Team to optimize strategies and generate new business opportunities
· Building trusted, long-term relationships with entrepreneurial and corporate clients
· Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and providing regular progress reports
Your Profile
· Experience in sales, business development, or franchising (B2B preferred)
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a results-driven mindset
· Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
· Excellent command of English; additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a plus
· Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
