Junior Project Manager Construction
The Job
Your Main Mission
Supporting the project leaders on retail construction projects and activities throughout all building phases, from concept to handover.
Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure and follow up construction administrative documents e.g. cost controls, contracts, insurances and time schedules, such as handle building permits and approvals.
2. Review designs, permits, construction drawings and documents.
3. Assist on construction / close out, punch list and coordinate the handover to retail operations.
4. Consolidate the integration of the brand internal IT & security specifications and standards.
5. Follow up of owner vendor supplies from concepts, developments, orders, manufacturing and deliveries.
6. Follow up maintenance and renovation works from the boutiques.
7. Administrate retail brand construction guidelines, samples and materials.
8. Be the contact point with external architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and local Swatch Group PM team.
9. Oversee, plan and coordinate wholesale and shop-in-shop installations.
Your Profile
10. Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture with technician background.
11. Degree in Architectural draftsman interior or building construction.
12. Assertiveness, negotiating skills, cost awareness.
13. Team player, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.
14. Well-founded PC user skills (MS Office programs / MS Project / CAD).
15. Mobility / willingness to travel (domestic and abroad).
Professional Requirements
16. Knowledge of construction project management and process flow.
17. Experience in luxury retail- shop fitting and constructions is a plus.
Languages
18. German and English (mandatory)
19. French is a plus
