Your responsibilities
1. work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team at the interface between the clinic, academia and industry
2. perform antibody labelling, testing and validations for IMC
3. prepare tissue samples for immuno-fluorescence and IMC
4. generate imaging mass cytometry data and perform basic data analysis
5. perform quality control of IMC data and immuno-fluorescence images
Your profile
You are a highly motivated technical assistant with expertise in tissue handling and demonstrated ability to work in a highly organized and reliable way, with a passion for science who would like to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary research environment that combines systems biology, tumor biology, bioinformatics, and biomedicine.
Ideally, you have:
6. an education as a laboratory technician or an equivalent degree
7. excellent skills in handling clinical samples
8. technical experience in single-cell analysis and/or tissue imaging
9. a desire to work in a collaborative environment
10. a good proficiency in English (German is optional)
