Our client, in the technology sector, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
Provide practical, risk‑based legal advice to commercial, procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams
Support contract lifecycle management, including template development and process improvement
Identify legal and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product launches, strategic partnerships, and commercial initiatives
Assist with dispute management and pre‑litigation matters as needed
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Support broader corporate, governance, and compliance matters where required
Qualifications
Swiss qualified lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE gained in a reputable law firm and/or in‑house environment
Fluent in German and English, any additional languages is a plus
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent technical drafting skills and attention to detail
Commercially pragmatic with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Experience in technology, SaaS, or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential
