Lead Sales Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive demand, lead high-impact deals, and deliver outstanding results. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the pace in our dynamic workspace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Expand customer base by proactively acquiring new clients and securing long-term agreements
* Enhance market presence and deal flow by building and deepening partnerships with brokers and strategic collaborators
* Strengthen client retention and satisfaction by nurturing relationships with existing customers and identifying upsell opportunities

Requirements:

* Proven high achiever with a sharp 'hunter' mindset
* Exceptionally self-disciplined, with a high-performance rhythm and personal accountability to drive results
* Polished presence with excellent manners and a naturally professional demeanor
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); German is an appreciated plus
