Role Overview The Junior Strategy Analyst is an integral, supportive member of the Group Strategy and M&A Team, responsible for contributing to high-priority strategic projects across the company. Leveraging their analytical mindset, the Analyst supports senior leadership and Strategy Managers to research, assess, and help execute strategies at both the Group and regional levels.
Their responsibilities include data-driven corporate strategy development, market entry analysis, M&A research, and innovation scouting.
Main responsibilities
1 - Strategic Analysis and Development:
Support in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats
Analyze internal performance data and identify areas for strategic improvement and optimization
Assist in the development of the company's long-term strategic plans, including vision, mission, and strategic priorities
Maintain and update strategic frameworks and models to support strategic decision-making
Perform preliminary evaluations of potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures in alignment with the corporate strategy
