About HERMES
HERMES is ARIS’s first-ever bi-liquid rocketry project, aiming to design, build, and launch a cutting-edge launch vehicle in October 2025. This ambitious endeavor is supported by the development of a fully student-researched-and-developed (SRAD) EthaLOx engine and advanced engineering systems. The project is driven by innovation, teamwork, and the goal of competing in Europe’s premier rocketry competition, EuRoC.
The HERMES Business Team
The HERMES Business Team is essential to the success of HERMES, supporting the project through strategic outreach, sponsor acquisition, logistics, and communications. This dynamic team bridges the gap between HERMES and the world, ensuring our vision is shared, supported, and celebrated by stakeholders, sponsors, and the public.
The Position – Sponsoring Team Member
As a Sponsoring Team Member, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Identifying potential sponsors and reaching out to establish new partnerships.
* Preparing tailored sponsorship proposals that highlight the value of collaborating with HERMES.
* Managing relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring regular communication and updates on project progress.
* Supporting fundraising initiatives and events to promote HERMES and ARIS.
* Collaborating with other business and technical teams within ARIS to align external communications.
What You Should Bring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity in crafting engaging sponsorship proposals.
* Interest in building relationships with industry partners and fostering collaboration.
* Organizational skills to manage sponsor communications and fundraising campaigns.
* Time commitment: 10 hours per week.
* C1-Level or equivalent in German.
