We are looking for a Temporary Office Coordinator (part-time, 40%) to join our team from the end of May to the end of August. If you are reliable, proactive, and enjoy creating a pleasant office environment, we’d love to hear from you!
The role is based in our office in Signy, Vaud (Signy Commercial Centre), and you are required to be in the office from Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
* Oversee the smooth daily operations of the office.
Your Profile
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Spoken and written English skills are required.
* Reliable, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
* Friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people.
