Role purpose The Director, Stakeholder Management leads the end-to-end stakeholder engagement and intake-to-publish governance for Content & Owned Media initiatives globally. The role ensures stakeholder requirements are clear and measurable, translating needs into clear requirements and agreed briefs, and ensuring priorities, governance, and delivery coordination from intake through publishing.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary senior interface for global stakeholders and project owners, ensuring expectations are clear, realistic, and met.
Interrogate and refine opportunity briefs with stakeholders to establish clear objectives, scope, success criteria, and delivery approach.
Partner closely with Creative Services and Channel Management leadership to translate opportunities into execution‑ready briefs.
Lead prioritization and resource planning across the workstack in alignment with Content & Owned Media leadership.
Steer delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring timeline discipline, budget control, and governance compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high‑performing, accountable, and collaborative team.

Work entering execution is well‑scoped, prioritized, and aligned to objectives, reducing late changes and rework.
