Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

Your mission
* Work in an agile software development team
* Develop software for various company areas, including analysis tools for race and data engineers, logistics, and performance
* Specify tool requirements in collaboration with software users
* Create documentation for developers and users
* Support software users
* Maintain source code and test software
Your profile
* An engineering degree (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
* Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, DevOps, and Git
* Strong C# skills and good C/C++ knowledge
* Experience with .NET, including WPF (Windows)
* Basic understanding of agile methodologies
* Preferred (not mandatory):
o Linux experience
o Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, or similar
o Experience with message brokers like Kafka
o Cloud computing development experience
o Web application development experience
o Knowledge of AI, ML, or data analytics
* Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
* Pragmatic with an analytical approach
* Self-motivated, dedicated, creative, results-oriented
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Resilient, open-minded, innovative, team-oriented
* Willing to support the racing team during weekends for software-related issues (on-call)
* Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, cross-functional team
