Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson has launched a multi‑year program called ‘Innovative Medicine Transcend’ to continuously reinvent and reshape the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain through a business transformation program supported by the latest technology capabilities.

As part of the IM Transcend Program, the MAKE JJT Lead Product Analyst (BA) will be an active member of the IM Transcend MAKE JJT team, supporting the global standardization of ERP business processes and associated activities enabled by the ERP, and the related master data.

The position covers system analysis, design, testing and deployment, and partners with Global Template Owners and Managers for procedure, work instruction and training preparation.

The Lead Product Analyst reports directly to the Make JJT Technical Product Owner (TPO) and works collaboratively with JJT Business Analysts, Global Template Owners, Business Process Specialists, SMEs, Process and Technical Leads, and external vendors across design, build, execution and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a Business Analyst for the ERP SAP S/4HANA Process Order Management (POM) workstream (SAP PP/PI module), joining the relevant Scrum Team.
* Shape and prioritize backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Partner with all Global Business Process Owners and Business Process Specialists to enhance and confirm User Stories.
* Support the MAKE Global Business Process Owner for the Manufacturing Execution System Integration model design, build, and deployment.
* Support and enable the Business Process standardisation efforts and resolve Key Design Decisions (KDD).
* Own the high‑level functional design for the area and support integration design with the Technical Architecture team.
* Identify gaps in expressed requirements and recommend solutions using standard system capabilities when possible.
* Support the Scrum Team through program design, build and test according to Agile methodology.
* Perform unit testing, feature integration testing, business simulation testing (BST), system user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare training materials and documentation.
* Participate in MAKE JJT Business Analysis pool to support other program activities as required.


Qualifications

* Master’s or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably within pharma manufacturing, regulated industries, or complex industrial environments.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment, particularly Process Order Management (SAP PP/PI) with MES (PASX) integration or SAP Inventory management and eWM modules.
* Understanding of Supply Chain Processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data) and data analytics.
* Knowledge of site system integration per ISA‑S95 Level‑3, including MES (e.g., Werum PAS‑X, Emerson Syncade) and/or LIMS.
* Experience in an agile software or program deployment methodology, including JIRA.
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with presentation skills.
* Ability to travel up to 20% for the global IM Transcend program.
