IP Network Architect
Location: Switzerland
We are recruiting for a global technology and IT services company that offers a diverse range of digital solutions and consulting services to clients across various industries. Operating in over 90 countries, it's focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud services, and more.
Responsibilities
• Creation and responsibility for system and solution architectures, as well as other fundamental aspects, within the overall context of the "Swiss Command Network."
• Development and implementation of the Army's global network to ensure interoperability, performance, and security.
• Definition of architectural guidelines and implementation of service monitoring across all platforms to support the high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of critical systems.
• Forecasting network usage requirements through modeling and analysis to anticipate demand.
• Architectural management of numerous complex projects within the "Swiss Command Network" context to ensure customer access and
• Evaluation of new technologies and platforms to determine their applicability to business requirements.
Work Location
This requires work at customer premises in Bern (main), Dübendorf.
Remote work is not possible.
Prerequisites
• German language B2 level
Certifications
• Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) or
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE): Routing and Switching and/or Security and/or Service Provider and/or Wireless and/or Data Center or
• Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) or proof of equivalent certification
