We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated
Business Development Professional
to join our dynamic and growing team. This role focuses on prospecting new accounts and managing existing client relationships within our portfolio of Next Generation Nicotine Delivery (NGND) products.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email to drafting proposals and quotations.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients internationally, including visits to their offices and participation in trade shows.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
3+ years' of sales or account management experience.
Proven experience in B2B sales within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or tobacco industries.
Strong professional command of English is essential; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, successful team.
Location & Employment:
Full-time position based in Lugano, Switzerland.
