As VP of Marketing, you will lead the brand’s relaunch and drive its evolution across global markets. You’ll craft immersive storytelling, build cultural relevance, and deliver high-impact campaigns—all while working hands-on with a small, agile team. You’ll also be responsible for translating brand equity into commercial success, with a sharp focus on DTC growth and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Brand Relaunch Leadership
* Architect and execute the brand’s relaunch strategy across digital, retail, and experiential channels
* Reposition the brand with a refined value proposition rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and modern luxury
* Own the marketing P&L and drive revenue growth across owned e-commerce and retail channels
* Develop performance marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and affiliate
* Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns
* Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
* Lead 360° campaigns that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion
* Oversee content creation, media planning, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives
* Champion digital-first storytelling and phygital experiences that elevate brand engagement
* Leverage AI-driven personalization and data analytics to optimize performance
* Cultural & Influencer Engagement
* Build strategic partnerships with tastemakers, artists, and influencers to embed the brand in cultural conversations
* Ensure campaigns reflect relevance, inclusivity, and luxury codes
* Sustainability & Purpose
* Integrate sustainability and ethical values into brand messaging and product storytelling
* Lead purpose-driven initiatives that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
* Inspire and mentor a small, high-performing team across creative, digital, and retail marketing
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and e-commerce to align brand vision
Ideal Profile:
* 15+ years in luxury fashion marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven success in relaunching or repositioning a fashion brand
* Strong commercial acumen and experience owning marketing P&L
* Deep expertise in DTC marketing, e-commerce, and performance channels
* Experience working with lean teams and thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
* Understanding of global luxury markets, especially GCC, China, and the U.S.
* Strong creative sensibility and strategic rigor
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
