In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the production planning of systems in our Supply Chain Management team. You will work closely with Purchasing and Production.
Tasks
1. Initiating, planning, monitoring and coordinating production orders for sterile products
2. Determining material requirements and capacity according to sales plan, current sales and current stock situation
3. Creating the production plan
4. Ongoing maintenance and processing of production orders in the ERP system, taking into account processing and delivery times
5. Optimising the scheduling process to reduce costs and improve throughput times
6. Maintaining parts lists and work plans
7. Master data maintenance and optimisation in the ERP system
8. Developing key figures and statistics
9. Carrying out the annual inventory
Profile
10. Basic technical or commercial training with completed further training (purchasing specialist, technical merchant, process technician or similar)
11. Very good German and good English skills, French an advantage
12. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP system
13. Experience in production planning and operational purchasing of industrial goods (mechanical or plant engineering, ideally medical technology)
14. Negotiating skills, systematic and analytical way of working, entrepreneurial mindset
15. Communicative, team-orientated, loyal.
16. Structured and solution-orientated way of working in interaction between the various departments
