Your Role
As the Director Global Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to our largest customers. You will develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year global Life Science strategy that ensures a differentiated customer experience. This position carries strategic responsibility for a critical Global Strategic Account (GSA), where you will be accountable for the global performance of the full Life Science Portfolio. You will oversee overall global revenue and consolidated sales forecasts while driving global commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements and pricing negotiations.
Your ability to develop a robust global account strategy will be essential, as you will work closely with franchise and regional leadership to ensure successful execution. Serving as the primary advocate for your GSA account, you will understand and address customer needs, solving complex problems through analytical thinking. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial, particularly at the C-Level, to establish strategic partnerships. You will lead multi-functional initiatives and collaborate with Supply Chain Partners to enhance visibility into customer forecasts and demand. Your strategic vision will drive constant improvement in customer relationships and position us as the “partner of choice” for our products and services.
Who You Are
* You hold a BS degree and have over 15 years of experience in the Life Science or related industry.
* You have a proven track record in strategic/key account management, particularly with large global accounts in the Life Science, Pharma, or Chemical sectors.
* Your business development and negotiation skills have led to the successful closing of significant deals.
* You are a strong strategic and creative thinker who is self-driven and results-oriented.
* You possess a high level of customer focus and excel at building effective relationships based on integrity and mutual respect.
* You have experience working with top management to gain support for new initiatives.
* You present professionally to senior business audiences and manage complex budget submissions successfully.
* You are willing to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
