Collect and survey data with a PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, and Actions Plans) in collaboration with the Maintenance and Process Teams in order to stop deviations and to improve the performances. Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders. Develop the skills with trainings in order to increase the know-how in a sustainable manner. Maintain and update the documentation in the frame of the Quality System: procedures, checklists, standards and norms, data from equipment suppliers. Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance department. Be proactive with the suppliers by giving the status of the equipment as well as the support service itself, by tracking the actions in order to have a continuous support and efficiency during the interventions.
