Project Manager for Windows and Doors
This position is responsible for the management of window and door projects, from project initiation to completion. The successful candidate will have experience in managing projects and teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Clarification of technical files with private project managers, architects, general contractors, etc.
* Finalization of files and on-site measurements
* Preparation of order confirmations
* Creation of CAD plans for clients and factory production
* Monitoring deadlines for technical processes
* Preparation of project invoices
* Organization and supervision of warranty work
* Short, medium, and long-term planning of deadlines and informing the scheduler
* Creating offers for additional orders
* Assistance in reception of completed works
* Assistance in planning assembly (monitoring SAP deadlines)
* Preparation of deposit requests
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Basic diploma in the building sector (e.g., carpentry and joinery)
* Initial experience in the window sector or similar role
* Good computer skills (especially MS Office, CAD knowledge appreciated)
* Ongoing training in work preparation or technical purchasing is a plus
* Communicative personality, team-oriented, reliable
* Fluent in written and spoken French, German is an asset
* Driving license, category B
