Trainee in Marketing – Fix-Term, 6 months (100%)
Your contribution
In this exciting and hands‑on role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Support integrated and account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads
* Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
* Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points
* Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights
* Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking
* Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research
* Support marketing‑related events and internal communication activities
* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams
Your background
* Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Information Systems
* 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or professional experience), ideally at least one completed internship
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
* Experience with KPI dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* A strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in data‑driven marketing
* A detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style
