About our client: Our client, a major and recognized player in the media sector in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, is looking for an IT & Broadcast Systems Engineer to strengthen its technical unit. In a rapidly evolving technological environment, you will play a key role in the convergence between traditional audiovisual and IT infrastructure. In support of the technical team, you will ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of production systems and audio/video workflow infrastructures.Your responsibilities include: - Support: Ensure optimal functioning of systems (NRCS, production) and studio/control room equipment (mixers, routers).- Architecture & Projects: Participate in architectural choices and integrate hybrid solutions (IT/Broadcast) for production centers (News, Sports).- Network & IP Flow: Master and deploy audio/video protocols over IP (SMPTE ST-, AES67, NDI) and media resources (NMOS, etc.). - Continuity: Analyze needs, document processes, ensure incident traceability, and propose technological improvement areas.- Technology: Maintain active monitoring of standards and industry developments.Profile: Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in an audio/video production environment, ideally in the media sector.Technical Skills: - Expertise in production systems and editorial systems (NRCS).- Mastery of A/V routing/processing infrastructures and control room environments.- Strong knowledge of media IP networks (ST-, AES67) and tools.- Mastery of Windows OS (Client & Server) and associated cybersecurity challenges.Skills: You are rigorous, autonomous, and have an excellent team spirit, able to collaborate with technical professionals. Proficiency in English is essential.
