At our Brasserie 1519 restaurant, you will take orders and serve our guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity, while using appropriate sales techniques.
Responsibilities
* Take orders and serve guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity.
* Use appropriate sales techniques.
* Help achieve service objectives and ensure tables are impeccably clean and presented.
* Handle bills and facilitate payments accurately and efficiently.
* Create memorable and personalized experiences for guests, following standards and responding to guidance of your Talent Coach.
Position to be filled now for long term contract.
Qualifications
* Outgoing, dynamic, attentive, and empathetic.
* Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Enjoys working in an international, innovative, and bold team.
* Impeccable presentation, reflecting the image and values of the W brand.
* BAC PRO / CFC / BTS in Hospitality or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
* Interest in the brand’s values: taste, sound, body, stage, and expression.
