Mission: Architecting the Future of Global Connectivity
As a System Architect, you will be the bridge between visionary concepts and hardware reality. Reporting directly to the Technical Leader of the RFID Business Unit, your role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of IC products:
* Ecosystem & Standards Leadership: You will act as a strategic scout, analyzing market trends and competitive technologies. You will be the face of the company in standards organizations and global industry forums (EPC Gen2, NFC).
* System Design & Modeling: You will establish product-level requirements and device specifications. To bridge the gap between functionality and hardware, you will develop and maintain high-level functional models (notably in Python).
* Performance Optimization: You will conduct rigorous system performance analyses, ensuring timing and power consumption meet the highest industry standards.
* Strategic Support: You will empower Sales and Product Management teams by articulating technical benefits and providing training to both internal teams and external stakeholders at international trade shows and webinars.
Profile: Technical Mastery and Proactive Mindset
* Proven Expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in system engineering, IC design, or product management within the semiconductor industry.
* RFID Specialist: You possess a deep, hands-on understanding of UHF and NFC RFID ecosystems—from tags and readers to software protocols.
* Academic Background: You hold a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Analytical Rigor: You are recognized for your problem-solving skills and your ability to translate complex customer use cases into precise system specifications.
* Agility: You are autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable with occasional international travel (approx. 10%).
