Marketing Communication Expert - Graphic Designer and Producer (all genders)
Job Purpose
In this role, you will provide high-quality editing and design services to support multiple local brands across various advertising channels for our pharmaceutical business. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual and editorial content that aligns with brand strategies and enhances customer engagement. Your work contributes directly to the visibility and credibility of our marketing efforts.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-media content - for example, as part of the Customer Journeys, including deploying assets to print and digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty in close cooperation with the product teams.
* Your tasks include the creative creation of graphic design of print materials and digital assets, such as product presentations, flyers, and brochures, banner ads, newsletters, website contents or CRM (Veeva) based formats in close coordination with the product teams. You will design the graphic components of congress and event booths, working together and coordinating with the product and customer teams.
* You will optimize textual content, such as marketing materials and product descriptions, to tailor them to the occasion.
* You will work closely with the internal graphic agency and coordinate the work together with your colleagues for the management of campaigns and the implementation of ideas.
* You will take on the transcreation of global asset templates and adapt them for local use.
* You will initiate and manage the LMR approval process for all materials created based on product management briefings.
* You will analyze key KPIs to continuously optimize your content and assets.
* You will continuously improve the process of gathering feedback from product and customer teams and share the resulting learnings and best practices with the local community, including implementing them in new digital assets or making the necessary adjustments.
Who You Are
* You have completed a degree or training in media, media studies, graphic design, communications management, marketing, digital media, or a comparable qualification.
* You have several years of experience in content creation, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, or health care division.
* You are experienced in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant tools.
* Your sense of visual design and your keen creativity set you apart, as does your analytical thinking.
* You work independently and in a structured manner while also being a team player.
* You are willing to familiarize yourself with new tools and software for creating digital assets, including through self-study and you learn quickly and eagerly.
* Excellent German language skills and good English and French in written and spoken, round out your profile.
