Au Cœur des Grottes hosts and supports women victims of violence, whether alone or accompanied by their children. It specializes in the care of women victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, forced or at-risk marriages. The multidisciplinary team focuses on innovative support to assist individuals in view of their life projects, taking into account the effects of violence on physical and mental health and their resources. It supports women in all projects and processes and offers assistance for daily life activities.NurseAs a nurse, you will bring your healthcare expertise in physical and mental health while playing a pivotal role in the community life of our home. You will be a key player in the recovery process for women and their children, actively contributing to health promotion.Your main responsibilities:- Anticipate and manage crises by providing appropriate support.- Play a role in managing community dynamics.- Ensure health care for women and their children.- Organize and hold regular meetings within the group to develop health self-management tools.- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings for comprehensive care of residents.- Propose and formalize guidelines for good practices in community health and crisis management.Profile and skills:- Recognized nursing diploma, with specialization in mental health, community health or crisis management.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment (shelter, home, healthcare institution).- Expertise in clinical care, emergency management, and conflict management.- Ability to work night shifts and participate in daytime projects.- Ease in interdisciplinary collaboration and managing extensive personal and social skills.- Excellent personal balance, flexibility and adaptability. Resistance to change.
