Summary: At PwC, our deals team focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They assist clients in navigating complex transactions and maximizing value in their business deals.

In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your responsibilities include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

You will enhance your leadership skills by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work. Responsibilities include coaching, leveraging team members' strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. As you grow in your understanding of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. Leading with integrity and authenticity, you will articulate our purpose and values meaningfully. You are expected to embrace technology and innovation to improve your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
